Return & Refund Policy
We want every Velocehaus order to be exactly right. If something isn't, here's how we make it right — clearly and without confusion.
We accept returns on Vorsteiner products within 30 days of the original delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and uninstalled — in the same condition as received
- Item must be in its original packaging with all included hardware and documentation
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return
- Return must be authorized by Velocehaus before shipping — do not send items back without written approval
All returns not due to manufacturer defect or shipping damage are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund. This fee covers return processing, inspection, and repackaging costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable on customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered, no longer needed). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or our error.
- Custom finish or special order wheels
- Items that have been installed, modified, or altered in any way
- Items returned after 30 days of original delivery date
- Items without original packaging or missing components
- Items without proof of purchase
If your Vorsteiner product arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, we will resolve it at no cost to you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- Report manufacturer defects within 7 days of receiving the product
- Do not discard packaging — required for damage claims
- Do not install a damaged product — installation voids damage claims

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
- Credit card refunds: 5–10 business days after approval
- Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit
- If you haven't received your refund, check with your bank before contacting us — processing times vary by institution
