We want every Velocehaus order to be exactly right. If something isn't, here's how we make it right — clearly and without confusion.

Return Eligibility
What Can Be Returned

We accept returns on Vorsteiner products within 30 days of the original delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and uninstalled — in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all included hardware and documentation
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return
  • Return must be authorized by Velocehaus before shipping — do not send items back without written approval
Custom finish, special order, and made-to-order wheels cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. These items are built specifically for your order. Please confirm all details carefully before placing a custom order.
Fees & Deductions
Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs

All returns not due to manufacturer defect or shipping damage are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund. This fee covers return processing, inspection, and repackaging costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable on customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered, no longer needed). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or our error.

For high-value returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Velocehaus is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
What Cannot Be Returned
  • Custom finish or special order wheels
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or altered in any way
  • Items returned after 30 days of original delivery date
  • Items without original packaging or missing components
  • Items without proof of purchase
If a product is installed, modified, or altered in any form, it cannot be accepted as a return under any circumstances. Please confirm fitment before installation. Contact us before installing if you have any doubts.
Defective or Damaged Items
Manufacturer Defects & Shipping Damage

If your Vorsteiner product arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, we will resolve it at no cost to you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • Report manufacturer defects within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Do not discard packaging — required for damage claims
  • Do not install a damaged product — installation voids damage claims

Refund Processing
How Refunds Work

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds: 5–10 business days after approval
  • Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit
  • If you haven't received your refund, check with your bank before contacting us — processing times vary by institution

How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@velocehaus.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back without written approval.

Receive Authorization
We'll review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return shipping instructions.

Ship & Confirm
Pack securely in original packaging, include your RMA number, and ship via trackable service. Notify us with your tracking number.
