Refund policy

At Iron Acre Supply, we stand by the quality of the products we offer. If something doesn’t work out, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.

 

Our return policies will vary based on the manufacturer.

Maxx Attachments have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Items must be in new, resalable condition with all parts, manuals, and packaging intact. Used or
installed products are ineligible unless defective (see Warranty).

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to most returns.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Support – Reach us at support@ironacresupply.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to one of the following addresses:

  2. Maxx Attachments Maize Corporation:5820 N. 119th St, Maize. KS 67101. Include the RMA number on the package. Unauthorized returns will be rejected. 

 

  1. Authorization – Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

  2. Shipping Back – Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA documentation.

  3. Processing – Once received, we’ll inspect the item and confirm your refund or exchange.

 

Eligible Circumstances for Return

  • Damaged on Arrival: Inspect your order at delivery. If damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a return, replacement, or refund.

  • Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong product, we’ll cover return shipping and send you the correct item at no extra cost.

  • Warranty Issues: If your product has a manufacturing defect within its warranty period, reach out for repair, replacement, or refund options.

  • Change of Mind: Returns for unused, undamaged items in original packaging are accepted within 30 days (restocking fee applies).

 

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase without penalty.

  • Orders already shipped or canceled after this period are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
