Shipping Policy

All Vorsteiner orders ship free via freight carrier to any address in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). There are no minimum order requirements for free freight — every wheel set, aero kit, and accessory order qualifies.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations are not included in free freight shipping. Please contact us at hello@velocehaus.com for a shipping quote to these locations.

• In-stock items: Ship within 1–3 business days of order confirmation
• Made-to-order / custom finish: Lead time of 4–8 weeks — confirmed at time of order
• Carbon fiber aero: In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days; custom orders 4–6 weeks
• Transit time: 3–7 business days depending on destination after shipment

Vorsteiner wheel sets and large aero packages ship via LTL freight carrier due to their size and weight. Smaller accessories and individual aero components may ship via FedEx or UPS Ground depending on dimensions.

A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time your order ships. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment at time of delivery.

Inspect your order thoroughly at the time of delivery before signing the freight bill. If you notice any damage to the packaging or products, note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.

• Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery
• Report any damage to us within 48 hours of delivery
• Photograph all damage before moving or unpacking items
• Do not discard original packaging — it is required for damage claims

As an Authorized Vorsteiner Dealer, all products purchased through Velocehaus are backed by Vorsteiner's manufacturer warranty:

• Flow Forged Wheels: Lifetime warranty against manufacturer and structural defects
• Wheel cosmetic finish: Full 2-year warranty on factory painted finish
• Carbon fiber aero: 5-year structural and finish warranty

Warranty is valid to the original purchaser only. Warranty claims must be processed through Velocehaus as your authorized dealer. Claims do not include reimbursement for labor, shipping, transportation, or loss of use costs.
